Content
The NiktoneClient supports two user groups:
- Hearing aid wearer: Uses the mobile app to connect, control (volume, mute, mode), and view hearing aid information (SN, battery, side).
- Audiologist: Similar to hearing aid wearer.
- Production Team: Can do everything a hearing aid wearer can, plus change Serial Number (SN) and set/update device side (Left/Right) in production mode.
