Summary
This is a template which will be used as a baseline for a bug report and actions done to resolve it. You can have one doc to track all your bugs, or use an automated system, such as Github, Gitlab or Jira. In that case, you must somehow implement this table structure in those automated tools, and include all needed info as described in table bellow.
